Do you wonder why cancer is rampant nowadays?

Numerous factors affect our well-being.. our choice of lifestyle, the planet we live in, the people who surround us. All these have something to do with our health. Though sometimes it feels like we do not have a choice, we have to stand firm if we really want to take good care of ourselves.

Most of us choose what’s convenient and fast in order to keep pace with our hectic way of life. The same goes with our choice of food. What we do not realize is that those “fast and junk foods” leave a lot of toxins in our systems. There may be a lot of herbal colon cleansers available in the market today, but sadly not everyone sees the importance of these.

I hope something will happen that will make people realize the need to really take care of themselves.

I have seen a lot of ads in the television promoting different products promising to help ladies stay beautiful despite their ages. Honestly, sometimes I want to test all those products to find out which suits me best. But for sure, I’ll be wasting a lot of money with that.

I think the best ally when it comes to staying young and beautiful is having a healthy body and a sound mind. That’s the best key, I guess. One fitness guru divulged the colon cleansing herb she is persistently using for such a long time. She said that is her secret to her youthful energy and beauty though she is beyond 40 already.

I am going to try her teachings as early as now. Not just because I am vain and afraid to look old, but also because I want to take good care of my health.

Hay…. I am down with fever right now… But I had to shooo that feeling away for I have a ton of things in line for me to accomplish. I could not be sick…

You know, sometimes, I just want to lie down on my bed and rest the whole day. I know I can, but I feel I that I have so many things to attend to, and my mind just cannot be still. My husband told me that he would buy me wrinkle face cream because he could sense that I am so much worried with a lot of stuff.

Maybe, I have to give in. I’ll take my rest for a while… and will go back to work a little later.

For more than 5 years now, my brother has been working in a call center. Just like the other call center agents, he has developed sleeping problems due to his schedule. I told him that his health will suffer in the long run, so he better find another job.

He asked me to look for the best sleep aids to help him relax and have a good night sleep when he has no work. He badly needs it.

I keep on persuading him to hunt for another job. His current work may give him more than enough, but if it will cause him some health problems, I do not think it is worth it.

This morning, my aunt called me up crying. I was wondering why, but I was so shy to ask her right away as I already had a hint. I just let her cry for a while until she was finally able to talk and share what her problem was.

Her husband was having an affair for quite a time now. She was just too hesitant to confront him, for she was afraid that he might leave her. But she finally had the nerves to ask him about it. And he confirmed her doubts. My aunt said it felt like her whole world shattered right before her eyes. She said she cried so hard, but still found the courage to pull herself together. She asked him why… And all she heard was, “I want a child.” One thing that they have been working all their lives.

When she was young, her doctor advised her to take some belly fat reduction programs in order for her to conceive. She followed, but to no avail. She even took some fertility vitamins prescribed by the same doctor. All her efforts went to waste.

Now, she is going to live all by herself for her husband will be staying with his new family. For sure, my aunt will go through so much pain. But in time, she’ll find the happiness and love she need.

My niece will be graduating from high school this March. She is has not decided yet which course to take for college. But she really wants to be a lawyer someday. So I advised her to search for some pre-law courses and choose from them. She told me that her brother’s friend will be enrolling in LSAT prep classes. Well, I think it would be best if she asks for some tips from that guy.

I am happy to see that my niece has some goals for herself at an early age. Her parents will definitely support the path she will choose to take. And should she decide to pursue her dream of being a lawyer someday, LSAT prep classes will help her in so many ways.

My sister-in-law told me that a former colleague is going to migrate to another country this month. After experiencing how was it like to live in a foreign land, I understood the excitement they are feeling at the moment. New environment, and I must say, seemingly greener pasture. But come to think of it, there will be a ton of adjustments requiring immediate attention. For help, it is wise to contact cross country movers so the migration will be hassle-free. Aside from that, I am also certain that they will miss the kind of carefree life only the Filipinos enjoy. Oh, especially the Pinoy food and delicacies. It is even hard and lonely to celebrate occasions there especially if you’re the type who got used to celebrating with a lot of relatives and friends.

Since I understand the need to search for a greener pasture, personally I can sing MANILA, MANILA… I’LL KEEP COMING BACK TO MANILA, SIMPLY NO PLACE LIKE MANILA… MANILA, I’M COMING HOME! with all my heart.

Though they say that there will be no progress in this country, I am not going to trade my homeland to any other.

I am planning to have an online store. I have seen a lot of stay-at-home moms doing the same thing, and I guess I am joining the bandwagon! I am equally excited and apprehensive. Of course, I am afraid to fail.

So why online store? Well, simply because I do not have the capital to put up a boutique somewhere, and that is why I am taking this first entrepreneurial move in the worldwide web. I just have to set up the site, which I think is not very daunting, and VOILA!, I am already a store owner!

Besides, the operating cost is not that high since I do not have to rent a space, buy some stuff like receipt printer, employ some people to help me manage the store, and pay for taxes!

Please, please, please pray for me! I need a lot of your prayers!

I have become very these past few days taking little steps to achieving all my plans. They are not that grand, as other people may think. But I am carefully taking one step at a time as I am also afraid of failure and mistakes. Admittedly, I have committed a lot in the past, and I do not want to make the some flaws anymore.

I am also looking for some online jobs to help my hubby augment our income. I do not want to compromise the time that I spend with my kids, and so I still want to just be working at home. I am looking for ways to accomplish all my plans.

Things are going great for me. I am very positive that everything will just be perfect for me and for the whole family

I have recently purchased a book entitled “Wealth within Your Reach” authored by Francisco Colayco. For me, this is a must-read for everyone, especially the OFW’s who are working so hard to earn for the family. I have bought one for myself, and I think I will have to buy one again foe my best friend who is currently in the U S of A.

One valuable advice that he gave is for everyone to have life insurance. Hmmm, I am thinking about getting one for myself.

It’s not really impossible for us to have a more secure future. This book is highly recommended!
