Awesome post!
Breathing is the best way to unwind the body and mind totally.
It is simple and it is free...so why is it so hard for people to just do it.

It seems like if it doesn't come in a pill form it is not worth trying.
I tend to try the free and easy tips first.
Breathing slow and deep and releasing slow and deep is such a feeling of serene body flow that it should be common place for everyone.

Hello...I tried to leave a comment to your lower post but it would not allow me to....sooo...I took another road.

In relationships...everything we do is a risk.
We open our hearts and soul to a trust that we never even believe for one second will break...how good is that feeling...it is a high even the finest drug cannot duplicate.
The downside is the break of that trust and the feeling of devastation and humiliation not to mention the deception we are left feeling.

Is it worth it...anyone that has ever had the pleasure will tell you, hell yes!!

It is all about reaching out and moving forward...there is no guarantee in life no matter what road we choose.
It is however all about chance and hope!
Awesome blog!
I am adding you to my favorites!

hello! i am also potty training my 2 years and 3 months old son now. we have been at it for a month now. i started when i noticed he is able to hold his weewee for more than 2 hours or so.. i just removed his diapers at daytime and bring him to the comfort room every 2 hours at the beginning.

it took a while for him to get it... i also use rewards and lots of praises...

you can check out some entries from my site about our potty training adventure..
