It is past 10 in the morning now. I have just gone out of bed. I feel so sluggish and lightheaded, but I have a ton of chores to do right now. Our whole house is a disaster! I haven’t cleaned up before we slept last night because of terrible headache… and heartache as well. Char! I have awful eyebags, I badly need some eye cream!
As a homemaker, it is my primary duty to keep the cleanliness and order inside the house. But sometimes, I get tired of cleaning again and again because after an hour of cleaning up, the kids will surely mess everything up again. So I decided to let them do anything they want but they should clean everything up after playing. At their ages, I am trying so hard to train them.
Yesterday, I have noticed some problems in our sink and bathroom. I could not really figure out what was wrong with them. I was always telling my husband to teach me how to fix things inside the house so I would not bother him anymore. But since he was not in the house, I called a Berkeley plumber up to help me. I stumbled upon their site just last week, and I thought they could be of great help when the need arises. Their site provides a lot of useful information about their plumbers. Through their site, it will be very easy to have a contact with them since you will just leave your phone number and you can expect a call from them after some time.
I have been planning to make some changes in the whole setup of our house. Actually, I want it to look like a classroom! Oh, the teacher in me!
I want to post some learning materials so that the kids will be interested in studying them. Kuya Marc loves to learn! When he plays with his toy cars and some balls, he just tinkers them for a couple of minutes. But whenever I present him the flash cards I have made, he manipulates them for a longer time. So maybe I have to take advantage of this by re-arranging our furnitures so I can post many flashcards wich can stimulate my children’s imagination.
I am also planning to clean up the whole kitchen so it will be tidier to look at. I think some stainless steel sinks will be appropriate for the plan I have in mind. I still have to do my research about this though. I have also presented a sample bathroom tile, and I told hubby that this is what I wanted to have installed in our bathroom.
I want to make sure that every part of the house will be child proofed. It is my utmost concern as a parent.
mesothelioma cancer…This was all so Greek to me! I haven’t heard about this term previously, until I’ve stumbled upon this while doing my research about cancer and its types, prevention and treatments. and it somehow stirred me up.
This mesothelioma is a form of cancer that can be caused by exposure to asbestos. those whose jobs permit them to be exposed even to little amount of asbestos are at very high risk of the disease. These people go home still donning their asbestos-laden clothes, thus making their other family members prone to mesothelioma cancer.
Upon learning some bits and pieces about mesothelioma cancer, I’ve become so concerned about my husband’s health. He is currently working in an aluminium smelter, and I’ve asked him already if they are exposed to asbestos in their workplace. good thing that they’re not.
I’ll surely do a lot of research about asbestos and mesothelioma cancer.
I am like a spinning top! I never run out of things to do… making me a certified BUSY MOM!
Everyday, I find myself engaging in multi-tasking. I sometimes feel tired. But since I’m doing all these for the ones dearest to me, I know it’s worth all the sacrifice and the hard work.
I do all things around the house all by myself… from cleaning the house, cooking and taking care of the kids. That is why I saw the need of baby proofing our entire abode to make sure that my kids are safe. This mom here badly needs a health plan from Blue Advantage
In fact, I have talked to my hubby about installing some baby gates so my kids will always be protected when they roam around the house. This way, we can prevent so many accidents without always shouting “STOP!” or “DON’T GO THERE!” I do not want my kids to be hindered in exploring their surroundings for it is a vital part of growing up.
Child safety is our utmost concern. We will never ever forgive ourselves if something bad happens to our kids. And besides, our kids are God’s precious gifts to us so we really have to take good care of them.
I have started out with our family blog with the title “Misadventures of Marc and Matt”. I vowed to update that blog on a daily basis for I intend to document the things my children do everyday. I think it is also a good way to increase their self-awareness when they get older.
Yesterday, nothing much happened. I also failed to take a picture of them. I promised to take one photo a day, but I forgot about it. So there really is nothing much to write about in our family blog today.
Whenever I let Kuya Marc look at that blog, he chuckles, starts pointing at all the pictures, and names all the faces he sees there. Matt also smiles whenever Kuya does this.
I also checked out some information about life insurance lead for security purposes.
I hope Dade will get the chance to write a post there in our family blog. I am sure he will also enjoy writing good things about his kids
Hubby and I have agreed that our two babies will be our top priority. We are more than willing to drop everything off for their welfare. We always try to ensure that everything is going on well for them.
Being a homemaker, it is my duty to make certain that all things inside the house is in proper order. This way I can be sure that my kids can roam around and play inside our house safely. I want them to enjoy the freedom of moving around without hearing the words, “No!”, “Don’t go there!” or “You might fall!” I don’t want these words to stop them from exploring and satisfying their curiosity. We also need to assure ourselves that the food and water we provide them are clean, and so we tried to look for MWF filter
I did some research on how I can ensure safety for my kids around the house and I have found a lot of useful information. I have seen a site providing different products parents can use to strictly enforce child safety in their homes.
There are some baby stairway gates which can be used to prevent accidents from the stairs. It can be so painstaking for a parent to look after a baby or a toddler especially if there are staircases which can be an attractive site for the kids. You can also see some child safety locks to control the children’s desire of banging the doors. They really love opening then banging the doors or the drawers.
This site offers essential child safety tools which can be of great help to all parents who are concerned with their kids.
On our way to a friend’s house last night, we have witnessed an accident. An Indian man was hit by a speeding car. The good thing was the driver of the car stopped after realizing that he hit the man.
Hubby and I was talking about the accident. I told him that things can happen in just a flash, and so we have to really prepare ourselves for anything for the sake of the kids. He mentioned about one colleague who made a disability appeal because of an accident that happened in their workplace. I constantly remind him to take care of himself while at work.
Hay, life… you really never can tell….
I really want to tour around the world. That has been my lifelong dream. But, of course, I want to start in my home country first. But right now, I do not think that it is possible. I still have to do a lot of saving up specifically for travel.
I am also curious about medical travel Mexico since I have heard a lot about it.
Yes, I am feeling so excited because hubby told me last night about his plan of us having orlando vacations! Isn’t that exciting?! Well, I hope everything will go on as planned so we will have the opportunity to pursue with this plan. I asked hubby if we have enough budget for this, and he told me that he was saving for a well-deserved getaway. Looks like he has been preparing this for so long…
Pa was requesting for a digicam. He said he wants it too badly because he wants to take pictures of the things that are happening around him. Oh well, maybe he is just having the time of his life. I think we have to buy some digital cameras for our relatives back home. They all want to have one. Since techie gadgets are really expensive in the Philippines, it will be wiser if we just buy them here.
